Texas Labor Analysis is brought to you by the Labor Market and Career Information (LMCI) Department of the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). Texas Labor Analysis is an online suite of labor analysis tools to help provide insight into the Texas labor supply and labor demand.
Create in-depth statewide or regional reports for aggregated or single regions. The “Quick Reports” section offers the ability to view and download the most popularly requested reports in two or three clicks. A data download option is available for all reports.
Texas Labor Analysis utilizes data provided by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, online job postings, and TWC. Using these data, Texas Labor Analysis offers the ability to compare current labor demand and supply for user selected occupations by Workforce Development Area. The comparison offers a near real-time display of an occupation shortage or overage by region.
